The presented research concerned the phenomenon of polyelectrolyte changes resulting from modification by applying ultrasonic field. main aim this was to determine activation degree macromolecular chemical compound and its effect on sewage sludge subjected conditioning followed dewatering. overall goal investigate potential way reducing dosage compounds prior conditioning. samples were sonicated with disintegrator UD-20 coupled a sandwich concentrator. power output generator 180 W field frequency 22 kHz. To describe geometrical characteristics separated phases, following parameters determined: surface area (AA), perimeter (LA) non-dimensional coefficient. With reference obtained results, most significant quantitative in shape size phases observed for exposure time range 0 10 s. This agreement results during dewatering investigated sludge. In view analysis structure modification, considerably improved application method.
